Responsibilities:
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness within the branch, both in terms of service readiness and staff training, and summarize work attendance.
- Ensure that various stocks are ready for use and plan for ordering.
- Analyze marketing strategies, survey competitors, suggest promotions, and sales-stimulating activities.
- Participate in meetings with management, summarize sales figures, and report monthly accomplishments.
